Private Practice Growth Club services, including (without limitation) our website and other interactive properties through which the services are delivered (collectively, the “Service”) are owned, operated and distributed by Digital Engage (pty) Ltd trading as Private Practice Growth Club (referred to in this Privacy Notice as “Private Practice Growth Club” or “We” and through similar words such as “Us,” “Our,” etc.). This Privacy Notice outlines the personal information that We may collect, how We use and safeguard that information, and with whom We may share it.


We encourage our customers, visitors, business associates, and other interested parties to read this Privacy Notice, which applies to all users. The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Securely destroying your personal information when it’s no longer needed for our record retention purposes;
  • Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for all administrative accounts on all systems.


Private Practice Growth Club uses 128bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details. 128-bit SSL encryption is estimated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.


When you have chosen or been given a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone.


Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.


If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, We may require your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.


Disclosure of Personal Information


Business Transactions

If Private Practice Growth Club is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.


Law enforcement

We will not share your information with any other organisations other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from our website.


In exceptional circumstances Private Practice Growth Club may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.


We are committed to complying with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 and its principles.

If you are located outside South Africa, in particular if you are located in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), please note that we and our servers are located in South Africa.
